Welcome to Bridport Leisure Centre
Run by Bridport & West Dorset Sports Trust Ltd as a strictly non-profit making organisation (Registered Charity No. 267781) Bridport Leisure Centre aims to offer a wide range of recreational facilities and activities to the people of West Dorset with a view to improving their quality of life.

Mission Statement
The stated overall objective of Bridport & West Dorset Sports Trust is:
"...the provision and maintenance of recreational facilities for the benefit of the inhabitants of West Dorset and its neighbourhood without distinction of political, religious or other opinions with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants."

Customer Comments
Customers are the most important people at Bridport Leisure Centre. Our aim is to ensure that all our customers leave us with a positive, lasting impression of the standard of service received. We therefore continually strive to ensure that your needs are met and where possible exceeded. Customer Comments are important to us and you can make suggestions, comments or complaints regarding any aspect of the service by:
- Speaking to a member of staff.
- Completing a Customer Comment Form, available from Reception and posting in the Customer Comment Box in Reception.
- Completing a Customer Comment Form and returning to us by post.
- Attending one of our Manager's Clinics (next Manager's Clinic - Wednesday 27th April 2011, 3.30pm-5.00pm, Reception). Managers Clinic Minutes 26.01.11 - No Attendance.

At Bridport Leisure Centre we offer:
- Free customer parking
- Free disabled parking
- Automatic entrance doors
- Customer lift
- Reception induction loop system
- Braiile and tactile signage
- Accessible toilets and Changing Places facilities (open to all free of charge)
- Swimming pool hoist
- Buggy and pushchair park
- Baby change facilities
- Vending machines providing hot and cold beverages, snacks and fresh fruit
- Sports Shop stocking a wide range of sports and leisure equipment
Booking Information
- Members of Bridport Leisure Centre can book activities 7 days in advance with payment on the day.
- Non-members of Bridport Leisure Centre can book 7 days in advance but must pay at the time of booking.
- Six hours cancellation notice is required for all activities. Charges will be applied if insufficient notice is given (this also applies to Price For Life members).
Private Hire of Facilities
Ideal for conferences, meetings and functions, the BACIT Studio and Pavilion are available to hire. Contact the Bookings Administrator on 01308 427464 for further details or alternatively complete the Facility Booking Form and Facility Booking Form Terms & Conditions of Hire and return to us by post.
The Sports Hall and Swimming Pool are also available to hire for block bookings and one-off events. How to Find Us
Entering Bridport from the A35 Lyme Regis, at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto West Bay Road, B3157 signposted Town Centre. At the traffic signals, turn left onto Skilling Hill Road and then left onto Watton Park.
Entering Bridport from the A35 Dorchester, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto East Street, B3162 signposted Town Centre. At the traffic signals turn left onto South Street, B3157. At traffic signals turn right onto Skilling Hill Road and then left onto Watton Park.
