Fitness Classes
Whatever your level of fitness, Bridport Leisure Centre offers a
wide range of fitness classes to suit all levels and ages from complete beginners to adrenaline junkies - you're sure to find a class to suit your lifestyle.
All classes are led by professionally trained instructors and enable you to enhance your cardiovascular conditioning, strength and flexibility within a fun and enjoyable environment.
Due to the popularity of classes, we do recommend advance booking. Places can be booked up to 7 days in advance (non-members are required to pay at the time of booking, members can pay on the day).
With all classes, please ensure you check in at Reception to confirm your attendance and please arrive at the class on time to ensure you participate in the warm up. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry to the class as it is possible your space may have been allocated to another customer and late arrivals disrupt the class.

Free Zumba Sessions
Simply Active
This is a fun class ideal for people who are rehabilitating from injury or illness or for those who would like a gentle introduction to exercise.
Simply Active classes take place in the Pavilion or Studio 1. Pre-booking is not required, simply pay at Reception and attend.
Tuesday 8.00am - 9.00am (Pavilion)
Tuesday 9.00am - 10.00am (Pavilion
Thursday 12.30pm - 1.30pm (Pavilion)
Friday 9.30am - 10.30am (Studio 1)
